In 2005, a time when the traditional media didn't even mention the good things that exist in the slums and the real social problems that the residents face on a daily basis, an 11-year-old boy, a student at a municipal school, decided to create a newspaper for the community of Morro do Adeus, one of the 13 that make up the Complexo de Favelas do Alemão, to show everything that was happening in his community.
